GUARANTEE
KLS, Inc. warrants to the extent of the purchase price that
nursery stock sold is true to name and gives no guarantee, expressed
or implied as to the productiveness or liveability of said nusery
stock.

PRICE CHANGES
All prices are subject to change. KLS makes every effort to
limit price changes. However, all prices are subject to market
conditions beyond our control and occassionally prices do fluctuate.

TERMS
Net cash - 30 day terms can be extended to those with established
industry payment history. We require "in trade" and
bank references for establishment of credit.
A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all past
due accounts.All sales are final. Please make selections carefully.
No returns are accepted.

DELIVERY POLICY
All deliveries are "tailgate" only. Please provide
adequate labor and equipment to unload trucks in a timely manner.
Trucks must be unloaded within 45 minutes of arrival. Customers
will be billed an additional $60.00/hr. for additional time.
